Push Through

For a seedling to grow strong, it needs some resistance. If it is too easy it grows week and if it is too heavy it can’t emerge. Let’s collectively find the strength to push through our resistance and emerge to powerfully receive life-giving light! We’ll use Shamanic Breathwork®, art, music, group process and ritual.

What to Bring

Wear loose clothing, bring pillow, blanket or two, an open mind and heart.

A delicious vegetarian lunch is included.
